Cinnamon Candy Cherry Cobbler - Butter Busters^ Recipe

Ingredients:

FILLING
1/2 cup: Sugar,
3 each: Pk Sweet n Low,
OR,
4 each: Tb cinnamon red hot candies,
1/4 cup: Sugar,
2 each: Tb cornstarch,
AND,
1 can: , (20oz) sour pie cherries

CRUST
1 1/2 cup: Flour,
1/4 cup: Egg Beaters,
2 t: Baking powder,
2 each: Tb skim milk,
1/4 t: Lite salt, optional
1 each: Tb liquid Butter Buds to,
6 each: Tb brown sugar,
-brush on ddough,
OR,
1/4 t: Cinnamon,
3 each: Tb brown sugar,
GLAZE,
AND,
1 each: Tb lemon juice,
3/4 t: Sweet n Low Brown,
1/2 cup: Powdered sugar,
1/3 cup: Grape Nuts cereal,
OR,
1/4 cup: Liquid Butter Buds,
1/4 cup: Powdered sugar,
-applesauce or Promise,
AND,
-Ultra fatfree margarine,
3 each: Pk Sweet n Low,

Directions:
Filling: Combine sugar, candies, cornstarch, water and cherry juice
in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thick. Add cherries and
pour into a 8 x 8" baking dish that hass been sprayed with Pam.
Crust: Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Add 3 tablespoons
brown sugar and Grape Nuts. Blend in Butter Buds until particles are
small. Combine Egg Beaters and milk. Add to flour mixture and stir
until moistened. Roll on floured board to 14 x 12". Brush with Butter
Buds and sprinkle with combined cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll up,
starting at short end. Cut into 9 slices. Place on filling and bake
at 400F. 25-30 minutes. Glaze: Combine and drizzle on top after
removing from oven. Per sugar serving: 277 cal., 0.4g fat (1%), 0mg
chol., 1g fiber, 4g pro., 66g carb., 188mg sod. Per S&L serving: 228
