Marcellines Meat Loaf And Balls Rbtn28a Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Sausage,
x 1/2 jar picante sauce,
1 lbs: Hamb,
1 each: Egg,
1 each: Diced onion,
1 dash: Salt and pepper,
x Crackers to hold mix togethr,
1 can: Sauerkraut for balls,

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients except kraut. Bake at 300 degrees for 1
hr. for balls make meat mixture into balls and wrap firmly with kraut
and place in a baking dish. Bake same as loaf.
