Quick & Easy Jerk Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Chopped green onion,
2: Jalapenos,
1/4 cup: Unsweetened lime juice,
-- stemmed and seeded,
2 tbsp: Dark molasses,
1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
2 tbsp: Soy sauce,
1/4 tsp: Allspice,
2 tbsp: Freshly chopped ginger root,
1/4 tsp: Nutmeg,
2 large: Garlic cloves,
1/8 tsp: Dried tarragon,
-- peeled and crushed,
Directions:
Puree all ingredients in food processor or blender. Serve over beef,
chicken, pork, or lamb.
Rampke also suggested trying it on hamburgers, with brown mustard and
cheddar cheese.
