Turkey Pasta Salad . Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Olive or vegetable oil,
-tomatoes, drained and cut
1: Package, about 1 1/4 pounds
-up,
-fresh turkey breast,
1 Jar: , (6 ounces) marinated
-slices,
-art}choke heart*,
1/2 tsp: Italian seasoning,
-undrained and cut up,
3 large: Stalks celery, sliced
1: Package, about 9 ounces
4 medium: Green onions, (with tops),
-cheese Tortellini, cooked
-sliced,
-and drained,
1 can: , (141/2 ounces) whole
1 cup: Italian dressing,

Directions:
Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until hot. Sprinkle
turkey with Italian seasoning. Cook in hot oil about 2 minutes on
each side or until no longer pink; drain and cool. Cut turkey
crosswise into l/2-inch strips. Toss with remaining ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until flavors are blended. 6
servings. (
