Vietnamese Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Lean Ground Beef,
1: Garlic Clove, crushed
1: Egg White,
1 tbsp: Sherry,
2 tbsp: Soy Sauce,
1/2 tsp: Liquid Smoke,
2 tbsp: Fish Sauce,
1 pinch: Sugar,
1: Salt and White Pepper,
2 tbsp: Corn Starch,
1 tbsp: Sesame Oil,

Directions:
Blend mixture with mixer or food processor until very smooth. Mold small
meatballs on skewer (about six meatballs per skewer). Broil to perfection.
