Viking Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: Onion, chopped
2 tbsp: Butter,
2 tbsp: Flour,
1 cup: Milk,
2 cup: Macaroni, cooked
10 ounce: Peas, frozen
6 ounce: Tuna in water,
1/2 lbs: Processed American cheese,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Saute onion in butter. Add flour, stir until blended,
add milk and cook until thick. Add cheese, stir until melted. Mix in
remaining ingredients and pour in baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes, top
with additional cheese if desired.
