Warm And Fruity Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: Uncooked oatmeal,
2/3 cup: Water,
1/2 tsp: Granulated fructose,
1/4 tsp: Cinnamon,
1/4: Apple, chopped, or 1 tbsp chopped fruit
1 tsp: Currants, or raisins
1 tsp: Nuts, chopped, optional
