Warm Spinach Salad #2 Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Oil,
12 lbs: Bacon, cut in small pieces
2 Cloves: Garlic, minced
1: Lemon, Juice of
1 lbs: Spinach, washed
1 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1 medium: Onion, sliced in rings
2: Hard cooked eggs, quartered
Directions:
NOTE: The amount of bacon is obviously wrong!!!! [Glen]
Heat oil in lg skillet and fry bacon until crisp. Add garlic and lemon
juice. Keep bacon warm over low heat. Tear spinach into bite sized pieces
and place in a salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour bacon and oil
over salad and garnish with onion rings and eggs. Source: Mama Ds Old-Fash
