White Polenta Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: White cornmeal,
3/4 tsp: Salt,
5 cup: Water,
1 Clove: garlic, crushed
Directions:
Combine cornmeal and salt in a large saucepan. Gradually add water and
garlic, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Bring to a boil; reduce heat
to medium-low. Cook, uncovered, 15 minutes or until thickened, stirring
frequently. Yield: 9 servings (serving size: 1/2 cup).
Per serving: 85 Calories; 0g Fat (4% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 18g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 182mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : Serve warm.
