White Radish Relish Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Daikon, coarsely shredded (white Oriental radish)
2 medium: Green onions, thinly sliced
1 small: Red chili pepper, seeded, finely chopped
2 tbsp: Rice vinegar,
1 1/2 tsp: Soy sauce,
1 1/2 tsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Canola oil,
1/2 tsp: Toasted sesame oil,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
This relish has a real kick; serve it with Korean Barbecued Beef and other
mild foods. Combine daikon, onion and chili in a bowl. In another bowl
combine remaining ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour over daikon
mixture. Cover and chill up to 24 hours. Makes 16 servings.
