Wild Mushroom And Aspargus Saute Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Morell mushrooms,
1 lbs: Young asparagus,
3 Cloves: of garlic,
2 tbsp: Olive oil,
1 tsp: Butter,
1 tsp: Basil,
1 tsp: Oregano,
Salt and pepper to taste,

Directions:
1. Trim wash and pat mushrooms dry

2. coarsely chop mushrooms

3. wash and snap asparagus (hint hold asparagus by each end and snap )

4. In heavy skillet add oil and butter and spices

5. When it starts to sizzle add mushrooms and asparagus

6. Stir fry until asparagus in tender .

7. This goes great with steak ham or just about anything you can think of
