Wild Rice And Apple Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
FOR 1-1/2# LOAF
1 cup: Water,
1 tbsp: Molasses,
1 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1 1/2 cup: Gold Medal Better for Bread flour,
Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour- 1 1/2 cups,
1/2 cup: Cooked wild rice or brown rice,
1 tsp: Dried thyme leaves,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 1/4 tsp: Fleischmenns Bread Machine Yeast,
2/3 cup: Chopped, unpeeled apple
Directions:
(from Gold Medal Flour)
Measure all ingredients carefully and place into bread machine pan in order
directed by the manufacturer. Add apple at the "add-ins" signal or 5 to 10
min. before the last kneading cycle ends. Select Whole Wheat or Basic White
cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Do not use the dealy cycle or rapid
cycle. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack.
