Winter Green Salad With Olives Recipe

Ingredients:
VINAIGRETTE
1/3 cup: Orange Juice,
3 tbsp: Lemon Juice,
2 tbsp: Olive Oil,
1 tbsp: Chopped Drained Capers,
1/2 tsp: Dried Oregano,
SALAD
6 cup: Mixed Winter Greens,
1/2 cup: Pomegranate Cells,
3 tbsp: Chopped Olives,
2 tbsp: Pine Nuts, Toasted
Directions:
Vinaigrette: Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover and shake vigorously.
Salad: Toss greens, pomegranate cells, olives and vinaigrette in a large
bowl. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
