Directions:
Roll your favorite bread or roll dough through the pasta machine (as thin
as you can manage it) or in thin sheets on a buttered surface and let rise
on lightly buttered cookie sheets until double. Bake at 350F for 10 to 15
minutes for a matzoh like treat. Be sure to prick each cracker before
baking to ensure that air can escape and each cracker bakes thoroughly dry.

Title: Yeast Crisps

Yield: 1 Servings

1 pk Yeast
1/3 c Warm water
1 c Margarine, softened
1/8 ts Salt
2 c Flour
1 c Sugar

Mix together yeast, warm water, margarine, salt and flour. Chill for 1
hour. Form 1 inch diameter balls and roll them in sugar. Place them in a
shallow pan and chill for 30 minutes. Roll out each ball as thin as paper,
then cut in half crosswise. Let rest 30 seconds and bake in a 350 F oven
until golden brown.
