Yogurt Shake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Plain yogurt,
1 small: Banana,
1 tbsp: Frozen orange juice, or ap
Sugar or honey),
4: Ice cubes,
Directions:
Yields about 2 l/2 cups. Place all ingredients into blender or food
processor. Whirl until smooth.
Variations: Instead of banana, use l cup cubed melon, l/2 cup fresh or
frozen berries, l/2 cup pineapple, l peeled and chopped kiwifruit or l/2
