Zatar Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup: Water,
2 1/2 tbsp: Olive oil,
1 1/4 tsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Salt,
2 1/2 tbsp: Zatar,
3 1/2 cup: Bread flour,
2 tsp: Rapid or quick yeast,
Directions:
Someone recently mentioned the Israeli spice, zatar, and that reminded me
that I found a great recipe for zatar bread, for bread machines. Heres the
amounts for the 1 and 3/4 lb. loaf size.
