Zorros Dip Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Olive oil,
1/2: Texas onion,
1 Clove: garlic,
1 can: Tomatoes, (14oz.)
2 tbsp: Tomato paste,
1/2 tsp: Red pepper powder,
1/2 tsp: Cummin powder,
1: Fresh jalepeno pepper finely diced,
1 tsp: Black pepper,
Salt to taste,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and simmer for ten to twelve
minutes. Remove and let cool. Puree in food processor until smooth and
even. Return to sauce pan and let simmer for 15 minutes.
