Zucca Brusca Recipe

Ingredients:
7: Whole zucchini, sliced lengthwise
2 Cloves: garlic, chopped
1/2 cup: Lemon juice,
3 tbsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1/2 cup: Beef broth,
Salt and pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil, for frying
Directions:
Fry zucchini slices in deep oil until brown. Drain and add other
ingredients. Bring sauce to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve on top
of Pasta.
NOTES : Best eaten cold
