Zucchini And Hearts Of Palm Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2 can: (14-oz) hearts of palm, drained
3 small: Zucchini,
1 small: Head Bibb lettuce,
Oil and vinegar dressing or French vinaigrette,
Pimiento slices, optional
Directions:
Split hearts of palm lengthwise. Slice zucchini into thin, lengthwise
slices. Place lettuce leaf on salad plate. Alternate slices of hearts of
palm with zucchini. Garnish with pimiento (Optional). Serve with favorite
dressing. Yield: 4 servings.
