Zucchini Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
1 slice: Italian bread, toasted
1 slice: Provolone cheese, cut to fit bread
1/2 small: Zucchini, sliced
1: Thin slice Bermuda onion,
1 dash: Oregano leaves,
2 tbsp: Shredded provolone cheese,
1 slice: Bacon, crisply fried and crumbled -OR-
1 1/2 tsp: Bacon bits,
Directions:
For each serving, top toast with cheese slice, zucchini and onion; sprinkle
with oregano, shredded cheese and bacon. Cook uncovered on ungreased cookie
sheet in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
