Zucchini Stew Recipe

Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Italian sausage, cut in chunks
2 tbsp: Oil,
4 Cloves: garlic,
24 ounce: Picante sauce,
15 ounce: Tomatoes, canned
2 large: Green pepper, chopped coarse
1/2 tsp: Oregano,
1 tsp: Basil,
2 cup: Zucchini, unskinned and cubed

Directions:
Brown sausage in Dutch oven in oil and garlic. Add salsa, tomatoes and
pepper. Simmer 15 minutes and add remaining ingredients to boil, shut off
heat and let stand 20 minutes. Serve with Italian Bread

NOTES : You can make this as hot or mild as you want, just depends on the
heat of the sausage and picante sauce.
