1/4 cup: Parmessan,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
2 cup: Grated zucchini,
2: Eggs, beaten

OPTIONAL
Diced ham,
Onions,
Green pepper,

Directions:

Mix . Fry as pancakes. Top with cheese, sour cream or salsa.
