Butternut/sweet Potato Kugel Recipe

Ingredients:
2: Sweet potatos,
1 large: Butternut kugel,
4 large: Eggs,
1/2 cup: Sugar, ( taste to check if you like it sweet) (up to 1/3)
1 cup: Flour,
2: Riches parve cream,
1 tbsp: Parve margarine,
3 tsp: Vanilla essence,
1: Rounded teaspoon baking powder,

Directions:

Peel and cook both vegs till soft in a small amount of water. Drain off
water,cool and place in a processor with all the other ingriedence, process
till smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in a square or oblong
glass dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Cover with foil
lightly. 160c for about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs till the centre is no longer soft.
