Chicken Sticks Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Flour,
2 lbs: Boneless chicken, cut in 1 1/2 inch strips
2: Eggs, beaten
1 cup: Buttermilk,
1 tsp: Oregano,
1 tsp: Garlic powder,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Poultry seasoning,
1 tsp: Celery salt,
1 tsp: Italian seasoning,
Directions:
Combine last 8 ingredients. Dip chicken in mixture, then in flour. Fry in
deep fat fryer for about 12 minutes.
