Chicken With Vinegar Peppers Recipe

Ingredients:
3 lbs: Whole chicken, cut up
4 tbsp: Olive oil,
4: Garlic cloves, sliced
1/2 cup: Wine vinegar,
1 Jar: sweet vinegar peppers, sliced, reserve liquid
2 tbsp: Parlsey, chopped
2: Bay leaves,
1 tsp: Oregano,
1/2 lbs: Mushrooms, sliced
Salt/pepper,
Directions:
Brown chicken in olive oil and garlic. Add all other ingredients except for
peppers and reserved liquid. Cook uncovered for 45 minutes. Add peppers and
liquid. Cover and steam cook for 15 additional minutes.
