Chocolate Chip Kamish Recipe

Ingredients:
3: Egg,
1 cup: Oil,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
3 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Baking powder,
1 1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
1/2 cup: Coconut,
1/4 cup: Chocolate chips,
1/4 cup: Raisins,
1/4 cup: Hazelnuts or almonds or walnuts, coarsely chopped
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar well, add vanilla then dry ingredients.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Form into logs 1-2 inches in diameter. Wet hands help keep dough from
sticking to hands. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven,
allow to cool for 10 minutes then slice cookies 1/2 inch thick. Toast at
300 degrees until very dry.

Carbohydrate; 18mg Cholesterol; 18mg Sodium
