Creole Beans And Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
30 ounce: Red beans, Louisiana Style
5 slice: Bacon,
2 cup: Hillshire Farms Lean & Hearty Smoked Sausage, chopped
1 cup: Chopped onion,
2 Cloves: garlic, minced
1/4 cup: Chopped parsley,
4 cup: Cooked rice, keep hot
Directions:
Cook bacon. Remove from pan, reserving a little bit of the drippings. Saut
sausage in drippings then add onions and garlic and crumbled bacon,
stirring occasionally and cooking until translucent. Combine with the
cooked beans and add the parsley. Serve over hot rice.
