Gingered Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Olive Oil, Or Peanut Oil
1 Head: Savoy Cabbage, Note 1
1 tbsp: Minced Garlic,
Salt And Pepper, To Taste
1 tbsp: Garlic, Peel, Mince
Juice Of 1 Lemon,
Fresh Parsley, Minced
Directions:
Note 1: any cabbage or chard can be used, about 1 1/2 lbs, core, shred,
chop
Heat the oil in a large skillet over med-high heat, and saute the cabbage,
stirring occasionally. When it is limp but not mushy, after about 10 min,
add the garlic, salt and pepper, and cook another 2 min, stirring. Add the
ginger, cook another minute, and remove to a platter. Drizzle with the
lemon juice, sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
Makes 4 servings Time: 30 min
