Ingredients:

VEGGIE SPECIAL
1/2 cup: , (about 2 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium: Carrot, peeled and grated
1/4 small: Zucchini, grated
1/4: Green pepper, grated
2 tbsp: Toasted almond slivers,
1 tbsp: Low-fat mayonnaise,

TUNA N EGG SALAD
1 can: (6 oz.) tuna in water, drained and flaked
1: Hard-cooked egg, grated
1: Carrot, peeled and grated
3 tbsp: Low-fat mayonnaise,

SPECKLED CHICKEN SALAD
4 ounce: Finely chopped, cooked chicken breast, (up to 5)
1 tbsp: Finely chopped red bell pepper,
2 tbsp: Low-fat creamy Italian dressing,
1 tsp: Chopped parsley,

Directions:
Each one of these healthy mixtures makes enough to fill three sandwiches.
Just combine ingredients in a bowl.
