Lemon Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: All purpose flour,
1/2 tbsp: Salt,
2 large: Eggs,
2 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
Finely grated rind of 1 lemon,
1/4 cup: Lemon juice,

Directions:
Mix ingredients by hand, in a heavy-duty mixer, or food processor. Wrap
dough in plastic wrap and allow to rest for at least 20 minutes before
rolling and cutting.
