1 tsp: Baking soda,
1/2 tsp: Nutmeg,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Oil, or Applesauce for LoFat
1: Egg, or 2 eggwhites
1/4 cup: Skim milk,
1 cup: Carrot, Grated
8 ounce: Crushed pineapple, w/juic
