Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Loaf:, (1 Lb Loaf:)
1 1/8 cup: Buttermilk, To 1 1/4 C, (3/4 - 7/8 C)
3 cup: Bread Flour, (2 C)
1 1/2 tsp: Salt, (1 Tsp)
2 tbsp: Butter Or Margarine, (1 1/2 Tsp)
2 tbsp: Honey, (1 1/2 T)
1 small: Orange, Grated Rind Of,
, (Grated Rind Of 1/2)
1 1/2 tsp: Caraway Seed, (1 Tsp)
1/2 cup: Raisins, (1/3 C)
2 tsp: Active Dry Yeast, (1 1/2 Tsp)

Directions:
This is an outstanding bread! It has a delicate, cake-like texture and
combines the orange and caraway flavors which are popular in so many
Scandinavian breads. Its also good toasted.

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select a light crust setting, and press
"start".

After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and
allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
