Ingredients:
3 3/4 cup: WATER, COLD
5 1/8 lbs: APPLE SLICED #10,
6 lbs: FLOUR GEN PURPOSE 10LB,
12 ounce: SUGAR, GRANULATED 10 LB
16 7/8 lbs: -,
3 9/16 lbs: SHORTENING, 3LB
3 ounce: SALT TABLE 5LB,

Directions:
PAN: 9-INCH PIE PAN TEMPERATURE: 425F. OVEN
:

1. SEE RECIPE NOS. IG002 AND I00100.

2. COMBINE MINCEMEAT, APPLES, AND SUGAR; MIX UNTIL WELL BLENDED.

3. POUR ABOUT 3 1/2 CUPS FILLING INTO EACH UNBAKED PIE SHELL. COVER
WITH TOP CRUST. SEAL EDGES.

4. BAKE 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED.

5. CUT 6 WEDGES PER PIE.
