Mini Quiches Recipe

Ingredients:
CRUST
1 Stick: margarine,
1 package: , (3-oz) cream cheese
1 cup: Flour,
FILLING
1/2 lbs: Swiss cheese, grated
2 can: , (small) deviled ham
1: Egg, beaten
1/2 cup: Milk,
1/2: Onion, grated
1 pinch: Nutmeg,
1 dash: Black pepper,
Directions:
Cream margarine & cream cheese & add flour. Form into ball & refrigerate
1/2 hour. Break into 24 sections & place one per round of small muffin tin,
pressing on bottom & up sides. Combine filling ingredients & pour into
quiche pastry. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
