Moroccan Sweet Carrot Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
8: Carrots, peeled and shredded, up to 10
Raisins, if desired
1/3 cup: Honey,
1/4 cup: Lemon juice,
1 tbsp: Orange flower water, (you can leave it out but it is what gives it a more Middle Eastern flavor)

Directions:
Dissolve honey in lemon juice, add carrots and raisins, mix well, sprinkle
with orange flower water and let sit one hour or longer before serving, I
make this for Shabbat a lot as it gets better the longer it "marinates".
