Neiman Marcus Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: Yellow cake mix,
Yellow cake mix,
1/4 cup: Oil, 1/2 inch thick
1/2 cup: Pecans, chopped
2 medium: Eggs,
Directions:
8 ounces cream cheese 2 medium eggs 1 pound powdered sugar
1/2 cup pecans chopped
Mix the oil, pecans, eggs, and cake mix well by hand and put mixture into a
greased and floured 9x13 pan mix other ingredients and pour over cake
mixture and bake at 300F for 1 hour. Cool completely before cutting.
Notes: Another really nice fast dessert. I usually have all the
ingredients in the pantry.
Serving Ideas: Serve with whipped cream and cherries
