Nine-bean Soup Recipe
Yield: 4 ServingsRecipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
2 cup: Mixed dried beans, packaged 9-bean or 15-bean
1 quart: Water,
1 lbs: Sausage, sliced
1 large: Onion, chopped
1 Clove: garlic, minced
1 tsp: Salt,
1 can: (16-oz) tomatoes, with juice
1 can: , (16-oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chiles
Directions:
Wash beans. Soak in water overnight. Pour off water. Add all other
ingredients and simmer about 3-1/2 hours.
