No-peek Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Beef stew meat,
1 cup: Ginger ale,
1 package: Dry onion soup mix,
1 can: Cream of mushroom soup,
1 Jar: mushrooms, drained
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven and bake at 350 for 2-1/2 hours.
DONT PEEK! Serve over rice or noodles.
