Ingredients:
3 tbsp: Celery seed,
3 tbsp: Whole black peppercorns,
1 tbsp: Sweet Hungarian paprika,
1 1/2 tsp: Mustard seed,
18 small: Bay leaves,
12: Whole cloves,
3/4 tsp: Ground cardamom,
3/4 tsp: Mace,
3/4 tsp: Allspice,
3/4 tsp: Ginger,
3/4 tsp: Cinnamon,
3/4 tsp: Red pepper,

Directions:

In a spice grinder or small food processor, combine all of the ingredients.
Grind well and store in a small glass jar.
