Picnic Chicken Salad Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Chopped zucchini,
4: Tomatoes, chopped
1 package: (16 oz) frozen peas, thawed and drained
1: Green bell pepper, chopped
1: Yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 cup: Diced cooked chicken {or ham},
3/4 cup: Bottled Italian dressing,
3 tbsp: Grated parmesan cheese {optional},
Directions:
Taken from the cookbook "365 Easy One Dish Meals" {These are the 3 recipes
that I have prepared, and I recommend them for any picnic, church luncheon,
or just a quick and light supper.}
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to mix well. Cover and
refrigerate for several hours. Drain and serve on lettuce.
