Brush Country Deer Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs: ground venison,
1 medium: white onion,
1 medium: bell pepper,
2: eggs,
1 cup: bread crumbs,
1 centiliter: garlic,
3 tbsp: chili powder,
1: salt and pepper,
1: 10oz can tomato sauce,
3 slice: bacon,

Directions:

Mix first 8 ingredients--put in greased pyrex dish. Place bacon strips on
topp of loaf. Pour tomato sauce over all. Bake in moderate oven 1 1/2
hours or until done.
