Lentil Potato Burgers Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Chopped yellow onion,
1/2 cup: Chopped celery,
1/4 cup: Water,
2 cup: Lentils, cooked & mashed
2 cup: Potatoes, mashed
1 cup: Whole wheat bread crumbs,
1 tsp: Parsley,
1 1/2 tsp: Sage,
1 tsp: Thyme,
1/2 tsp: Marjoram,
1/4 tsp: Rosemary,
1/8 tsp: Black pepper,
Directions:
Preheat the oven 350F.
Saute the onion and celery in water about 10 mins. Combine in a bowl
with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into patties and
place on a nonstick baking sheet.
Bake 20 mins, then turn and bake an additional 20 mins.
Serve hot on toasted whole wheat burger buns.
