Pineapple Fritters Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: All-purpose flour,
2 tbsp: Baking powder,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
3/4 cup: Sugar,
3: Eggs, beaten
1 cup: Milk,
1 can: Crushed pineapple, drained (20-ounce)
Vegetable oil,
Powdered sugar,
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well. Add eggs, milk, and pineapple; stir
until smooth. Heat 3 to 4 inches oil to 375
F; carefully drop batter by
heaping tablespoonfuls into hot oil, cooking 5 to 6 fritters at a time.
Cook about 1 minute or until golden on one side; turn and cook other side
about 1 minute. Drain well on paper towels; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Yield: 3 dozen.
