Cottage Cheese-dill Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: nonfat buttermilk,
1/2 cup: nonfat cottage cheese,
1 tbsp: lemon juice,
1 tbsp: nonfat parmesan cheese,
1: scallion, chopped
1 clove: garlic, minced
1 tbsp: fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp: dried dill,
1/4 tsp: black pepper,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Process until
smooth.
Chill in a covered container 4 hours until serving. Serves 4.

Substitute 1/3 c. plain
nonfat yogurt for cottage cheese. Delete parmesan cheese & dill. Add 2
Tbsp. apple cider vinegar and 2 Tbsp. honey.
