Hawaiian Macadamia Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: unsifted all purpose flour,
3 1/2 teaspoon: baking powder,
1/2 teaspoon: baking soda,
1/4 teaspoon: salt,
1/4 cup: butter or margarine,,
1: softened,
3/4 cup: sugar,
2: eggs,
1 can: (20 oz.) crushed pineapple,,
1: well drained, reserving 1 c.,
1: syrup,
1/2 teaspoon: vanilla extract,
1 cup: packaged, flaked coconut,
1 jar: (3 1/2 oz.) macadamia,
1: nuts,,
1: chopped (3/4 c.),

Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. In
large bowl cream butter and sugar and beat until fluffy. Beat in eggs
and alternately flour mixture and pineapple juice. Fold in vanilla,
coconut, macadamia nuts and crushed pineapple. Bake in preheated 350
degree oven 55 to 60 minutes.
