New Orleans Bayou Burgers Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb: lean ground beef,
1/4 cup: green onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon: seasoned salt,
3/4 teaspoon: dried basil, crushed
1/2 teaspoon: garlic powder w/parsley,
1/2 teaspoon: dried thyme, crushed
1/2 teaspoon: hot pepper sauce,
4: onion rolls, split in half

Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients (except the Onion Rolls) in a large
bowl and blend well. Shape the mixture into 4 patties and place on a
broiler pan or a grill. Broil 4 inches from the heat until they are
done to your taste, about 15 minutes for Medium-Rare, turning once
halfway through the cooking time. Serve on the onion rolls. For
extra flavor, saute a few onions for the buns and add fresh lettuce
leaves.
