Ingredients:
4: Rainbow Trout, 4 oz. each
MARINADE:
1/4 cup: Lime Juice,
1 tbsp: Oriental Sesame Oil,
Mayonnaise:,
3 tbsp: Regular or Light Mayonnaise,
5 tsp: Green Onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp: Ginger, peeled & finely minced
1 tsp: Fresh Lemon Juice,
1/2 tsp: Soy Sauce,
1/8 tsp: Oriental Sesame Oil,
Directions:
Marinate trout. Combine mayonnaise ingredients; refrigerate. Cook trout.
Serve immediately with mayonnaise.
