Savory Bluefish Chowder Recipe

Ingredients:
3 lbs: bluefish, fresh
1 each: onion, medium
4 cup: milk,
1 tbsp: flour,
1 tbsp: butter,
1 cup: cracker crumbs,
1 1/2 tsp: salt,
1/2 tsp: pepper,
1/8 tsp: summer savory,
1/4 tsp: thyme,
Directions:
Boil the fish and onion together in a small quantity of water. When
finished, mash the onion and fish together in a baking dish. Cover
liberally with cracker crumbs and pieces of butter. Bake to a golden brown,
