Sweet & Sour Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients:
8 oz: tomato sauce (1 can),
1/4 cup: brown sugar,
1/4 cup: vinegar,
1 teaspoon: mustard,
2 lb: ground beef,
1 cup: sliced mushrooms,
1: egg, slightly beaten,
1/4 cup: onion, minced,
1/4 cup: crushed crackers,
1 teaspoon: salt,
1/4 teaspoon: pepper,

Directions:

Combine first 4 ingredients to make sauce. Combine remaining
ingredients, kneading together with hands. Add 1/2 tomato sauce
mixture. Put in loaf pan. Pour remaining sauce over loaf. Bake at 400
degrees for 45 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings
