Red Snapper Fillets~ Florida Style Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb: red snapper fillets,
1: salt,
1: freshly ground pepper,
1: freshly grated nutmeg,
1 1/2 teaspoon: grated orange rind,
1 teaspoon: grated grapefruit rind or,
1: a combination of lemon and lime,
Directions:
Recipe by: Fannie Farmer Preheat oven to 400F. Put the fillets in a
lightly buttered baking dish. Sprinkle them lightly with salt and
pepper and nutmeg and distribute the grated rinds on top. Cover with
foil and bake 15 minutes.
